The event was a huge success. Many thanks to the speakers Ethan Nuss (Energy Action Coalition), Dan Lashof (NRDC), and Brenda Ekwurzel (Union of Concerned Scientists).
Too bad you had to place it on the lawn area. I wish you could use some of the ice to freeze the oil-logged brains of those climate skeptics. Unfortunately, you’re not going to change the most die-hard skeptics even if their homes get swept away in a flash flood or some other catastrophe predicted to increase as more greenhouse gas is added to the atmosphere. Their minds are blind to the realities that are already occurring.
