As President Obama speaks to the Senate Democrats, we wait for more on energy, while at the same time, a Republican in the same chamber says he wants comprehensive legislation: “”If idea is to pass some sort of half-assed energy bill only — forget it with me,” Senator Lindsey Graham said.

Well, let’s do it then, Senator.
